Happy Thanksgiving - Docerela Challenge #24

It's Halloween night, and I can't believe how fast the holidays are already going by.

This is my first Thanksgiving card (a few more to come, so stay tuned) this card was inspired by the Docerela Challenge #24  Click HERE for more info and to enter your project into the challenge...you have a chance to win a Docerela Stamp Set.

The challenge is to make a project using ribbon and a button - easy cheesy right!   So this is what I've come up with

This card is sized 5 x7 I cropped the right side edges so they're now curved.

This cute little turkey was cut from Create A Critter.  I pop dotted him (sorry forgot to take of pic of side view) I used stickles to add to his "vest" buttons and also his layer of feathers.  His cute face is from PKS Critter Faces Medium Size. Colored in with jelly roll pens.  I used a Versa Pen to add dimension to his "vest" and his hat

I added a few leaves cut from Doodlecharms cartridge.  Placed along a sheer ribbon, glued them down and added a satin ribbon and a button

On the inside I stamped Happy Thanksgiving that I had in my stash of stamps.

Well folks, that's it for today....stay tuned for more Fall projects.  It's finally cooled off here on the Colorado River and I'm feeling really crafty!!!
