Remember a little while back I mentioned my friend having a 60's Themed birthday party?! Well I just had to get another cartridge. Oh darn, right! lol I bought Groovy Times, and I was so excited to get in the mail the other day. I immediately linked it up to my gypsy because I already knew what I wanted to do with one of the designs.

This design originally had her legs off of the colored area. That would make for a difficult card. I welded the blue layer to make the card, then each layer after that....then I took the Go-Go Girl and re-sized her to fit on the card.
Had to add some glitter and embossed the pink layer with swirls and more glitter.
There still needs to be something done with the outer blue layer.....ANY IDEAS OUT THERE? PLEASE PLACE THEM IN THE COMMENT AREA, I'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU. I might enlarge the green layer so there isn't so much blue on the outer edge, and the other layers as well to match? Not sure....I'm open to ideas.
My friend really likes this card so I think this is the one we're going with.
Can't wait to hear your ideas. Thanks. -- Chao for now. --C |
I think your card is fabulous!! I love it!! Maybe you can doodle the blue layer, if you thing it needs something. But I doodle on everything so I am incredibly biased. Very Groovy!!
