About a year ago, I found this stamp "G Thanks" in the dollar bin at Joann's and I just had to have it...just like, I just have to have all the craft products I currently have. The only problem I have is so little time :-) so until now, I haven't used that stamp that I just had to have. When I saw this week's challenge over at PKS, I knew exactly which stamp I was going to use.
I embossed the "G Thanks" using Momento Black ink and Hamptson Art Clear Embossing Powder. The embossing gave it a nice texture.
The lady bug is cut from Doodlecharms, cut just under 2x2 inches. I used a face from PKS Critter Faces (medium set) and used white ink, and clear embossing powder for her beautiful eyes. And to top her off I used Glossy Accents on her spots.
I ran the card through the Cuttlebug using the little flower folder and a little red ribbon and Enamel Accents dotted the corners added just enough embelishments to the card without taking away from the sentiment G Thanks.
I hope you'll join the gals over at PKS and enter your card.
